The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is rolling out the red carpet for gourmands this fall with a two-day celebration pairing some of the world’s most renowned vintages with the global-inspired cuisine of Executive Chef Hubert De Marais and his international culinary team.
Held the weekend of October 21-22, The Palm Beach Wine & Food Classic will feature a series of wine seminars and exciting culinary events, culminating in a gala reception, dinner and silent wine auction on Saturday night. Food & Wine’s Anthony Giglio will give guests an insider’s view of Burgundy’s prized grapes and California’s “killer cabs,” followed by an appetizer challenge and lunch hosted by Chef Hubert where participants put their own culinary skills to the test. Four Seasons’ Chef Bryan Kohl will host a farewell champagne brunch to bring the weekend to a delectable close.
The event package is $535 per person (excluding room rate) and covers all weekend events. Guests can choose to purchase tickets to individual events, and a special room rate of $195 per night is being extended to participants. For more information, call 561-582-2800 ext. 8010.
