Dance & Romance at the Victoria-Jungfrau's Winter Ball
It’s a night befitting a fairy-tale ending: The 11th annual Winter Ball, one of
Interlaken’s most anticipated annual events, returns to The Victoria- Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa on Saturday, November 11. This spectacular event evokes all the glamour and romance of an earlier era, as couples in formal attire glide across the dance floor to the sounds of the renowned Charlie F. Orchestra, dine on culinary delights from a sumptuous buffet, and enjoy a memorable performance by the Bern Dance Club.
 The Victoria-Jungfrau’s historic Salle de Versailles provides a dramatic backdrop for the ball, with its soaring ceilings, dramatic crystal chandeliers and majestic marble columns. It is a grand setting drenched in romance, with plenty of candlelight and floral displays to heighten the ambience.
 One of Switzerland’s most legendary luxury hotels, the Victoria-Jungfrau is offering a Winterball Spectacle half-board package that includes dance instruction by members of the Bern Dance Club either the evening before or morning of the ball, plus tickets to Saturday night’s gala. Also includes are accommodations in a double room, buffet breakfast, a choice of a five-course menu at La Terrasse or a la carte dining at the hotel’s Jungfrau Brasserie or La Pastateca, and free use of the hotel’s spa and pool facilities.
In their free hours, guests can explore the scenic delights of the Bernese Oberland, with its distinctly Swiss landscape of lakes and mountains.
