Las Ventanas Restaurant
Local flavors and the seasonal harvest from El Silencio’s own organic gardens are showcased at Las Ventanas in an inspired menu as palate-pleasing as it is eco-conscious. Guests are invited to pick their own produce from the garden, which includes a 5,000-square-foot greenhouse filled with colorful vegetables, spices and herbs. For the ultimate in stress-free vacationing, meals are included in the room rate.

Essencia Spa
Natural healing is the focus of El Silencio’s signature Essencia Spa, where guests can indulge in massages, facials and body wraps. An al fresco Yoga Deck promotes full communion with nature while the Conical Room channels the life energy of the Costa Rican forest. 

Art and Culture
El Silencio’s Cultural Discovery Tour introduces guests to the resort’s Los Bajos neighbors, from an orchid farm to dance presentation and local dining (including lessons in making fresh tortillas and empanadas). In addition, a Sarchi Arts & Shopping Tour showcases the vibrant works of the region’s traditional oxcart artists.
