Beauty Salon & Spa
The Salon provides female and male guests with a wide variety of services, from styling, cutting and hair coloring to manicures and massages. The Beauty Salon is located on the second floor.
Business Center
The Lombardy business center provides access to computer and Complimentary High-Speed internet connections. Located just off our lobby, the business center is available to guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Check-In/Checkout Times
Our daily check-in time is 3PM and our checkout time is 1PM. However, we will try to accommodate any special requests when possible.
Children
The hotel's policy based on NYC's "Window Guard" law mandates that children of guests must be 10 years of age or older.
Cultural Attractions
Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and the Theater District are all nearby. The Lombardy’s concierge can reserve tickets to performances and arrange for limousine service.
NB Bistro
Located adjacent to the hotel lobby, NB serves continental breakfast daily from 7:00 - 10:00 am, as well as light bites daily from 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight, along with a selection of wines and signature cocktails.
24/7 Coffee Shops-Diners
Menus for several nearby restaurants that are open all hours and who will deliver to the hotel are available at the Front Desk.
Fine Dining
Copies of Zagat’s guide to New York City’s restaurants are available at the Front Desk. Also, within walking distance of The Lombardy are some of Manhattan’s highly acclaimed restaurants. Reservations are recommended. The Front Desk or the Concierge can assist you, if you prefer.
Entertaining
Suites are ideal for entertaining small groups. All suites come with kitchenettes or wet bar.
Exercise Room
The exercise room is fully-equipped with a stair master, treadmill, weights, bench press and multi-gym station. It is open from 7AM to 10PM daily and is free to hotel guests. Guests are encouraged to register with the front desk prior to initial use.
Internet Access
All rooms and suites, as well as our business center have been wired so as to provide complimentary high-speed internet access.
Luggage Storage
A baggage room is available to store suitcases, see the bellman for assistance.

The Lombardy accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diner's Club, as well as Traveler's Checks. Payments by personal check require pre-approval.
Parking
Parking is by valet. A nearby garage offers a special rate to The Lombardy Hotel's guests. This charge can be added to your room folio.

Nearby are several fine restaurants within walking distance. Some offer delivery service. The front desk can provide their location and menus.
Shopping
The Lombardy is ideally located near midtown’s best department stores and boutiques, among them Saks 5th Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Barney’s New York, Bergdorf-Goodman, Henri Bendel, Tiffany & Co., and Hammacher Schlemmer, as well as the many exclusive designer boutiques of Madison Avenue.
Sightseeing
The Lombardy’s convenient midtown location is the perfect starting point for discovering at your own pace many of Manhattan’s legendary landmarks, popular attractions, fine galleries, chic shoppes. In addition, our concierge can suggest a variety of tours.
