Restaurant DIE QUADRIGA: Michelin-starred master chef Bobby Bräuer presides over the kitchens of the Brandenburger Hof’s highly lauded gourmet restaurant. The menu will pamper your taste buds with Mediterranean and regionally influenced dishes, complemented by an equally prestigious “Treasure trove of German wines” that cultivates the great tradition of German viniculture. Named Berlin Masterchef of the year 2007, the award-winning Bräuer has also earned the restaurant 17 points from Gault Millau.
Dinner: Monday – Saturday, opens 7 p.m.
Lunch: Tuesday – Friday, 12 noon – 2 p.m.
The QUADRIGA Lounge: The living room of the town house has been transformed into a stylish lounge. Here, by a glass-roofed conservatory overlooking an inner courtyard garden typical of Berlin, guests can enjoy a refreshing drink and tempting delicacies. Open daily from noon.

Fitness: Just five minutes away by limousine transfer, the Tiergarten Sporting Club is available to guests of the BRANDENBURGER HOF.
