La Trattoria Toscana

Set within a rustic barn overlooking the vineyards, this exceptional restaurant serves Tuscan country cuisine created by Chef Christophe Martin, formerly of the Louis XV-Alain Ducasse in Monaco.  The restaurant’s impressive Italian wine list has an emphasis on the fine wines of Tuscany.

 

 

La Villa

L’Andan’s neoclassic villa offers a country house setting for breakfast and lunch. Guests can help themselves in the kitchen to Tuscan specialties and an array of fresh baked bread and pastries to savor by the pool.

 

 

Tuscan Culinary Experience/Cooking Classes

The Tuscan culinary experience at L'Andana is unique to Italy.  Chef Christophe Martin and his talented team bring Italian cuisine and the Maremma region to life with specially prepared programs that teach you the secrets you can only find here. Two dishes are prepared at each class, along with the tasting of two wines.  Classes available only to hotel guests and are by reservation only.  Students receive an apron and certificate upon completion of the class. 

 

BANQUET FACILITIES

 

L’Andana offers an extraordinary setting for memorable weddings, birthdays and other special events. Up to 250 guests can be accommodated, with menus specially created by Chef Martin under the supervision of Alain Ducasse.

The intimate environment of L’Andana’s Espa invites guests to indulge in a tempting menu of signature spa treatments. There are four treatment rooms, including two spa suites, available for a la carte services and full-day spa programs. Natural ingredients of the Maremma region are incorporated into the spa’s signature treatments and enticing spa cuisine menu. Soothe sore muscles in the spa’s mineral-rich heated vitality pool.

 

 

Pools

Guests enjoy panoramic views of the olive groves and hills beyond from L’Andana’s three heated outdoor pools.

 

 

Outdoor Recreation

A three-hole golf course and tennis court tempt guests to spend a leisurely day on the resort grounds, and horseback riding can also be arranged. Italy’s second-best beach is minutes away, and sailing excursions take guests to nearby Elba and Giglio islands.

Vineyards abound in the fields of Tuscany. L’Andana can arrange wine tours and tastings for its guests at Petra, one of Italy’s finest wine producers.
