Restaurant Dining Room

The historic dining room at the Hotel Monte Rosa showcases the culinary talents of head chef Hubert Koenig in an elegant, candlelit setting. The restaurant serves a sumptuous breakfast buffet as well as seasonal gourmet dinners and themed buffets.

Hours:
Winter: 7 to 10:30 a.m / 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Summer: 7 to 10:00 a.m. / 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Montrose Bar
The cozy, Scottish-themed Montrose Bar is known throughout Zermatt for its fine cocktails and drinks. In summer, guests can also enjoy drinks in the hotel’s garden, with its spectacular view of the Matterhorn.

Summer: from 3 p.m.
Winter: from 5 p.m. (December and January from 4 p.m.)

 

The Seiler Hotels Dine Around Program

This half-board option offer guests the opportunity to dine in a choice of 11 restaurants at Seiler Hotels throughout Zermatt. These include the Mont Cervin Palace, Hotel Monte Rosa, Hotel Schweizerhof & Residence and the Partner Hotel Riffelalp Resort 2222 m – as well as at the Restaurant Seilerhaus and Myoko.
