The Victoria-Jungfrau’s exclusive health, fitness and beauty center includes the highly acclaimed ESPA, a Clarins Beauty Centre, a spacious swimming pool, whirlpools, steam room, saunas, solaria, massage treatments, a fitness and gymnastics room, physiotherapy, medical services, diet counseling, hairstyling and chiropody.
Life-giving rituals have been practiced in every culture since the beginning of time. Ancient people lived in balance with the rhythms of nature and understood that each person is a unique combination of elements with individual needs at different times. Inspired by these ancient cultures, ESPA at the Victoria-Jungfrau has created a treatment concept that merges techniques and philosophies from around the world into a potent blend of treatments for our time.
The ESPA experience begins with a welcoming foot ritual and personal consultation. This is followed by a menu of treatments that includes everything from a Balinese body massage to classic Swedish massage to Ayurvedic-inspired treatments and hot stone therapies. For couples seeking the ultimate indulgence, there is a self-contained private spa for two.
NOTE: ESPA will be closed from Monday, October 29 - Wednesday, October 31, 2007 (inclusive) for semi-annual renovation works. During this time the swimming pool, saunas, whirlpools, steam bath, solarium and changing rooms remain open.
Furthermore our Spa (swimming pool, saunas, whirlpools, steam bath, solarium and changing rooms) will be closed from Sunday, December 9th to Friday, December 14th, 2007 (inclusive) due to the semi-annual cleaning. During this time all other facilities of the VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Spa, the E'SPA (including sauna & steam bath, Clarins beauty centre, fitness- and gymnastic rooms, solarium and billiards, tennis, medical care and physiotherapy) remain open and are at your full disposal.

"WUNDERHUUS" Children's Club provides professional childcare and a place for children to play while adults unwind and relax. Open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to noon and 2 - 5 p.m. For children from 4-10 years of age. Babysitting on request.
SAMPLE A HOTEL JOB: Allows children and young people to spend an hour with one of the hotel's employees -- sampling one of the many hotel occupations and getting a behind-the-scenes view of the hotel (on request Monday through Thursday).
Tennis Center: There are two indoor and three outdoor courts.
Golf: An 18-hole championship course is nearby.
Skiing: Guests enjoy complimentary bus service to the heart of Interlaken’s ski region.
Other activities: Interlaken abounds with outdoor pleasures. Among the many options are snowshoe trekking, hiking, biking, sledding, paragliding and river rafting.

Mystery Park: a globally unique educational theme park that attempts to investigate the riddle of our origins. Unexplained phenomena, the Mysteries of the World, are presented interactively in three dimensions in seven theme pavillions. Additional attractions guarantee entertainment for the whole day!

DINING:
- La Terrasse: Exquisite French cuisine is served in an elegant winter garden setting with discreet piano accompaniment. Spa-goers will find an appealing selection of spa cuisine items on the menu. Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket in the evening. La Terrase is closed on Sundays and Mondays. On these days we welcome you at one of our restaurants: the Jungfrau Brasserie or La Pastateca.
Note: Our restaurant "La Terrasse" will be closed for the period of December 2nd to 6th 2007, (inclusive) for cleaning and renovations work. During this time we are pleased to welcome you at one of our restaurants; the 'Jungfrau Brasserie' (14 points GaultMillau) or the 'La Pastateca'. The breakfast will still be served as usual at the restaurant 'La Terrasse'.
- Jungfrau Brasserie: Creative Swiss cuisine is featured at this exceptional restaurant (15 points GaultMillau). Jungfrau Brasserie is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- La Pastateca: For pasta lovers, La Pastateca is pure paradise.
- Victoria Bar and Intermezzo Bar: The hotel’s two stylish bars are popular spots for nightcaps and cocktails accompanied by the resident pianist.
- Sunday Brunch: every Sunday in the Jungfrau Brasserie. A tempting choice of hot and cold specialties in a delicious buffet.
