Children's Policy
Children 11 years old and younger stay for free when sharing a room with two adults. 2 children maximum per room. Children's breakfast is not included.
GROUND TRANSFERS ISLITA AIRSTRIP-HOTEL
Courtesy ground transportation is provided for guests arriving on scheduled regular flights (Sansa or Nature Air). Guests who arrive on chartered or private flights will be charged $20 per person (round trip). Said charge will be added to the guest's bill but the entire amount will be paid out to local community transport entrepreneurs. These fees are not commissionable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing and are only valid with e-mail acknowledgement by Hotel Punta Islita. Due to Hotel Punta Islita’s remote location, the following cancellation policies apply. There will be no refunds or credits for unused portion of services. For your peace of mind, we strongly suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
*AA, A and B Seasons
Cancellation requests received 30+ days prior to arrival will not be penalized.
Cancellation requests received 29-15 days prior to arrival will incur a one night charge.
There will be NO REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT for cancellation requests received 14-0 days prior to arrival. Minimum 3 night stay applies.
**AAA Season
A 50% deposit is due by July 15, 2010. Full payment is due by September 30, 2010. There will be NO REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT for cancellations or no shows. Minimum 7 night stay applies.
