Cancellation terms
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to a minimum of three months before the confirmed date of arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled at a later date the following cancellation charges will apply:
Up to 1 month before arrival date
40 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement
Up to 1 week before arrival date
70 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement
During the last week before arrival or in the case of “no show”
90 % of the total cost of the booking arrangement
Deposit
The room reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a down payment of 40% of the total cost of the booking arrangement.
All prices are in Euros per-room; per-night and include service, VAT and local taxes.
