WATCH CONCIERGE
Guests of the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa can book an appointment with the Watch Concierge at Bucherer to shop in the privacy of their own hotel room. For a fee of CHF 400, the Bucherer experts will contact the guests prior to their arrival to discuss their budget and preferred brands and design. The experts will then bring to the guests room or suite the watches previously discussed so the guests might enjoy a personal presentation of their options, while enjoying an aperitif and five-star appetizers. (May be booked up to 5 days prior to arrival - available Monday - Saturday - consultancy available in German, English or French. Sundays and other languages on request.)

A ski shuttle operates every day direct from the VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU. You can rent all the skiing equipment you need from the hotel, and we can arrange for the services of qualified skiing and other instructors on request. Our Concierge will also be happy to obtain ski passes for you.
