And we do it all on a complimentary basis , from arranging VIP courtesies to customizing itineraries to assisting with rate negotiations and commission requests.

    Elite members benefit from our wealth of marketing and hospitality expertise and our carefully cultivated relationships with the top-tier travel agencies and related businesses. We serve as the North American "arm" of your own sales and marketing team, represent your property through Elite-hosted showcases and one-on-one presentations, and personally follow up with every Elite client who books your hotel. Our wide-reaching Internet sales and marketing campaign gives your hotel a powerful competitive advantage, while monthly reports generated from these efforts provide you with valuable trend information.

    Serve as an integral part of your sales and marketing team.

    • Provide recommendations for marketing strategies in the North American market and assist with implementing the strategies.
    • Provide information on marketing trends and sales opportunities.
    • Coordinate public relations and marketing activities with your marketing team.
    • Arrange inbound sales and marketing trips for sales and management personnel.
    • Coordinate travel agent educational tours and individual site inspections.
    • Identify, qualify and solicit travel agents, corporate travel departments, meeting planners, incentive houses and other business travel influencers. The cities listed on our travel schedule represent more than 500 upscale travel-related institutions, or more than 10,000 travel agents and related personnel.

    Represent your property in the North American market.

    • Host showcases and receptions for top travel-related professionals, including the annual Elite showcase in New York City. Attendees include owners, managers and travel agents from the top agencies; corporate travel managers; upscale tour operators; meeting planners; and press. Elite has also held showcases in Los Angeles , Chicago and Palm Beach , and potential future destinations include Dallas , Miami and San Francisco.
    • Host PowerPoint presentations at top travel agencies over breakfast, lunch or cookies.
    • Make personal sales calls to top travel agents, corporate travel planners and meeting/incentive planners, and provide member with sales reports following each visit.
    • Coordinate individual promotions in New York , Los Angeles and other major markets (press luncheons, client receptions and product presentations).
    • Personally escort hoteliers on all sales appointments within the Tri-State ( New York , New Jersey and Connecticut ) area. Hoteliers are also welcome to accompany Elite on sales trips throughout the United States.
    • Attend individual hotel events (showcases, trade shows, etc.) on request.
    • Organize and distribute special mailings to the U.S. travel agency market on request.

    Boost your presence on the World Wide Web.

    • Create and maintain your page on the Elite website. This online "brochure" includes up-to-date information about your services and facilities, rates, special packages and promotions, up to 24 images of your hotel, and direct links to your own website.
    • Increase your market exposure through a comprehensive Internet sales and marketing campaign. This includes advertising on major search engines and posting links on the websites of related businesses. Monthly reports provide you with valuable data on the number of visitors to the Elite website and specifically to your hotel's pages, their countries of origin, and the types of packages they view.
    • Publicize your special packages and promotions through our monthly email newsletter, Elite Insider , distributed to more than 10,000 travel-related personnel.

    Personally follow up on each Elite client booking at your property.

    • Before their stay, telephone each client who has made a reservation directly with the hotel (or through a reservation company) and determine any special requests or concierge services they may require.
    • After check-out, contact travel agents and clients to thank them for their business and receive feedback about their stay.
